Cancellation Policy
Love to Dance Studio - Booking Policy for Studio Hire • Non-Refundable Payments: All bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be reimbursed. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in full payment being taken for the original booking. • Insurance and DBS Requirements: By booking and making payment, you confirm that you: • Have your own public liability insurance. • Are fully insured and, where applicable, hold a valid DBS check. • Liability: Love to Dance Studio accepts no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during the hire of our studio. All users of the studio are responsible for ensuring their own safety and the safety of others. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
