Cancellation Policy
Love to Dance Studio - Booking Policy for Studio Hire • Non-Refundable Payments: All bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be reimbursed. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your booking, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in full payment being taken for the original booking. • Insurance and DBS Requirements: By booking and making payment, you confirm that you: • Have your own public liability insurance. • Are fully insured and, where applicable, hold a valid DBS check. • Liability: Love to Dance Studio accepts no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur during the hire of our studio.
